Bridgette L. Collins, founder of Next Level HR Solutions, has more than 30 years of human resources experience in a variety of government settings where she has provided leadership over program areas such as compensation, employee relations, talent management, training, employee benefits, and risk management.
Characterized by a candid, logical, and thoughtful approach, Bridgette’s HR acumen has contributed to the growth and success of a variety of HR program areas. Bridgette has enhanced organizational goals and team and individual performance by coaching and training employees and leaders. She clearly understands the challenges of simultaneously trying to achieve results, to govern resources, and to lead people to accomplish organizational outcomes.
Bridgette has transitioned her organizational expertise into a distinguished consulting practice in which she uses a business partner model to help organizations achieve next level goals. She uses her experience to offer focused organizational insights to leaders in the areas of leadership development, organization effectiveness and change management, employee engagement and communications, succession planning, and optimal deployment of human resources. Her clients range from private individuals and non-profits to start-ups in publication, marketing, transportation, etc.
Bridgette earned a Bachelor of Administration in Business Management from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Most recently, she has presented at various conferences, such as the 2018 and 2019 Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators (TASTA) Summer Conference, 2019 Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) Midwinter Conference Inspiring Leaders, 2019 Rigor, Relevance and Relationships Leadership Conference (Keynote Session), and the 2019 23rd Annual Professional Practices Institute. She is a current member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
